A license quote is not a budget. Build the multi-year cost with the blocks a license quote leaves out, with visible and editable assumptions.
The fields are empty on purpose: we don't use "typical" percentages because no verifiable primary source exists for them. Enter the figures from the proposals you have (ask each vendor for the breakdown). All figures use the same currency.
The example loads only one public data point: Dynamics 365 Business Central Essentials, US$80 per user per month billed annually, and 25 users (list price published by Microsoft, checked in October 2026; it can vary by country and negotiation). Everything else stays at zero.

No. Calculations run in your browser and are not sent to Cyrrus. If you accepted analytics cookies, we only record that you used the tool.
Ask each vendor for the same proposal, with the same scope and broken down by block, and load each one separately. Compare the total cost, not the license.
It leaves out taxes, financing and the project's benefits (savings, revenue, risk reduction). It covers only the cost side.
