Jackson Bohorquez founded Cyrrus Consulting Services in 2017 to close the gap he sees causing most organizations to fail: not a lack of strategy or technology, but the fact that no one connects the decision to the execution. Before that he sat on the other side of the table: he implemented ERP as an Oracle consultant, led PepsiCo's back-office systems in Latin America, and ran IT at Covidien, Fundación Santa Fe de Bogotá and Coremar. That experience gave rise to the CIRA method (Construct, Identify, Realize, Adopt), the framework that now guides Cyrrus's projects in more than 15 countries.
