We start from the same assessment of industry, size, and technology maturity we use for every solution selection. We don't recommend a trendy technology if it doesn't answer a real business need.
No. Our scope is selection: we evaluate, compare, and support the contracting. Implementation is coordinated with Project Management (PMO), and ongoing governance with AI Governance, when it applies.
We evaluate the decision against the same objective criteria, even if the process is already underway. Being 100% agnostic lets us validate a choice in progress without bias toward any vendor.
